RECRUITMENT SYSTEM IN SRI LANKA:

POFESSIONAL:

Should meet up with the Job Description. All relvent Certificates should be attested by Educational Ministry and Foreign Affaires as True Copy. The resume and certificates will be carefully screen and checked with reference given in CV by our Engineers and Board of Directors. Suitable candidates resume will be shortlisted.

UNSKILLED:

Will be selected according to clients requirement depending on the Age, with Foreign Experienced, etc.,

SKILLED & SEMI SKlLLIED:

Should meet up with the Job Description. Sent for Trade Test to a Government approved Trade Test Center. Certificates will be issued indicating is level of knowledge on the field of work and graded by A, B and C. The candidates resume who have passed their trade test will be screen and checked. Suitable candidates will be shortlisted for final selection by First Party.

FINAL SELECTION BY CLIENTS:

Shortlisted candidate resumes along with certificates can be forward by courier or if Clients representative is arriving to conduct the interview Invitation Letter co1;1ld be sent by our Company. We require minimum one week notice in advance to inform the candidates accordingly, make hotel reservation arid complete the balance formalities.
